02 Expense management AI
No more Excel spreadsheet. Take a photo of a receipt: our artificial intelligence, hosted in Switzerland, extracts the amount, date, child and category — then writes the label and description. You approve, and it's done.
Photo or import → the AI reads the document and pre-fills every field. All you have to do is check and approve.
The co-parent approves or declines (with a reason) before an expense counts. Mark as "settled" once paid.
Dashboard by category, child and status, running balance, CSV/PDF export for taxes or a lawyer.
The parent who is owed money generates a Swiss QR-bill for the month's balance (IBAN encrypted). The other parent scans it in their e-banking app or Twint; the creditor then marks the balance as "paid" in one click.
On an insurance statement, the AI extracts your out-of-pocket amount — not the gross total, nor the reimbursed share, nor the premiums.
