Swiss hosting
Infomaniak data centre in Geneva, ISO 27001 certified. Providers located outside Switzerland (payment, advertising measurement, error tracking) are listed among the sub-processors.
Encrypted connections
HTTPS enforced (TLS) and HSTS enabled. IBANs are additionally encrypted in our database. The service is not end-to-end encrypted.
nFADP + GDPR compliant
Compliance with Swiss and European data protection law. Minimisation of the data collected.
bcrypt passwords
Cost-12 hash — never stored in clear text. Two-factor authentication (2FA) available.
Daily backups
Encrypted nightly database backup, stored in Switzerland on Swiss Backup (Infomaniak), kept for 30 days at most.
Right to be forgotten
Household deletion on request: permanent erasure 30 days after the request. Full ZIP export before deletion.
